Guide to Obtain the HDV Specification License

   Following is a procedure to obtain the HDV Specification License.


Company who wants to obtain the HDV Specification License will submit "Application Form" to HDV Format Co-Promoters Office via fax.
From outside Japan: +81-3-5769-5937
From inside Japan: 03-5769-5937

We will send a copy of the "License Agreement for HDV Specifications" to Company.

Company will send signed agreement to HDV Format Co-Promoters Office by express courier.

We will send an invoice to Company. After receiving the money, we will send the HDV specification with a receipt form to Company.

After receiving the HDV Specification, Company will fill the receipt form and send it back to us.
