* HDV Format Co-Promoters Office is currently operated by Sony Corporation on behalf of Canon Inc., Sharp Corporation, Sony Corporation and Victor Company of Japan, Limited (JVC) .

We will not disclose the information to a third party without getting your consent in advance except for the case when required by law or in good faith we believe that disclosing the information is necessary in order to conform to the requirement of law.

3.Maintenance of the information
We will protect the Information against any loss, or unauthorized access,destruction, use, modification or disclosure by adopting reasonable security safeguards which are suitable for its business, and the information database it maintains.

4. Deletion of Information
We will delete the information in an unreproductive manner based on the following conditions:
- when you become an official licensee after completing all procedures.
- when we do not receive your response for more than 2 months after submitting the documents.
